“Soon as we got to the room and used the bathroom, the toilet was clogged and nearly overflowed. Went down to the front desk and asked them to send maintenance up. They said they dont have anyone and gave us a plunger with the promise that we'd bring it right back. There's also no daily maid service. Which sucks if you eat in your room and have garbage or food scraps. Pool was closed but hot tub was nice. Room was good but too hot. 78 when we got there. Set ac to 65 and it took until the next...

“Staff is unprofessional and does not care to resolve a problem or support their guests. Have never thought of leaving an unfavorable review before. The management at this location needs to be retrained or replaced. Just awful . ”

“No elevator, beds are old and horrible, place needs to be renovated badly, walls are thin. I was not aware of such a large deposit prior to my arrival which is absolutely outrageous, I paid damn near the entire amount of my stay for a deposit and it’s going to take 5 to 6 business days to get back? I will never stay at that hotel ever again. ”
