“Arrivati alle 21.30 nessuno era presente al desk; suonato diverse volte il campanello ma dopo 5 minuti nessuno si presentava; decido quindi di chiamare al telefono l'hotel ( si fa ridere ) e mi risponde subito un ragazzo, al quale dico di essere al desk di fronte. Dopo due minuti arriva con tutta la calma del mondo e facciamo il checkin. Solo piu'tardi ho visto che aveva una ospite ...”

My service dog was pleased to find the treat jar on the front desk and the availability of rabbits to chase in the back field. I will most definitely book again on my next trip to Omaha.
