“The hotel was fine - met expectations but didn’t exceed.”

“AC didn’t work - humid and ineffective- and was incredibly loud when it blew air. Kept us up all night. I’ve also used water fountains with more water pressure than the shower. Will never stay here again.”

“The pool had no water, but it was cool the day I checked in. The room was not as clean as it should have been. I did like the location.”

“My overall experience was okay the only thing I had a problem with is the water pressure in the shower sucked and people that comes for the dirty towels came and knocked on the door at 8 am and knocked really loud when I was still sleeping.”

“We were supposed to have a hot tub in the room but we did not. I paid extra but whatever.”

“Door lock latch broke on door , went and let staff know and she had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with it 5 min after checking in. KIDS RUNNING THRU THE HOTEL. The room was clean but had a mildew odor.The room was nice and clean but, tub area looked stained with build up, very outdated. Shower knob bout to fall off. Hot water was backwards. They definitely need to service the rooms before they want people to spend 200 a night.”

“Maid was cool. Towels hard and spotty. Alot of rust and raggedy amenities. Tv was small and limited programming. Advertising breakfast but has none. Great location nestled behind a Huddle House.”

“Property had not received our booking but luckily they had availability. Room was clean, staff were lovely and well meaning but we were given wrong information about breakfast. Don’t stay there on a Monday night- no dining options open and you have to go into town (the Mexican restaurant in McRae has average food but the biggest beer we’ve ever had) We were told they served breakfast on a Tuesday morning but discovered that was closed too so another trip back into town (found a family diner...

“There were other guests fighting, banging on doors, screaming, threatening 2 doors down at 1 a.m. Quieted down after a while. But started up a short time later. I worried gunshots would ring out and that we were in danger. Called the front desk, was told they'd try to quiet them down. That was the end of our sleep for the night. Checked out at daylight. Was offered no apology or discount at check out. Will select a different hotel next time we stay!”
