“I loved that the room we got had three queen beds. I liked how nice the breakfast was in the morning and how many tables there were for guests to sit at. But for the price I paid, I didn’t like that my room came without a shower curtain, dirty carpets and fresh blood stains on my pillow. My son’s bed didn’t have a mattress protector and had what looked like a puke stain under the sheet. The cleanliness was pretty upsetting.”

However, another employee then stated that they “don’t just put” guests needing accessible accommodations into a king room. As a result, we were assigned Room 311, which was not the accessible room we had been promised. The problems didn’t...
