“Amazing location just steps to bars and restaurants. Spacious and clean. Owners have clearly tried to remedy some of the prior complaints. Kitchen is all new and well appointed. Rest of unit is tidy and functional. More a suggestion than a complaint but the next investment should be a smarter/newer TV. Not that I wanted to watch a whole lot of TV but I saw 3 remotes and didn’t bother trying. Really loved Basalt and the unit was great!!!!!!”

“We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! Highly recommended!”

“Our stay was great! Host was super helpful and accommodating when we needed to change dates. The property is nicely updated with a fabulous location on the river and seating areas by the water! Any issues we had were because I didn't read the description well. The room was hot, but the weather was unexpected. The hot plate made it hotter when trying to cook. It is in the description no A/C, so on me. The tv had issues but you aren't really there for that anyway! A very comfortable, affordable...

We had to bring our valuables with us every where we went like passports, jewelry and cash. No AC. The house was at 104 degrees when we checked in. There is a separate building for the laundry room. You can wash your clothes but have to pay $2 to dry your clothes. Coffee maker was not heating the water. After you make a cup it had to go in the microwave to heat up. On the day...
