“My room was spotless ,staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, bed was a dream,meals were perfection,breakfast was of the highest quality,it was christmas party time so extremely busy but that did not take away from the service of staff ,well done to all the staff amazing”

“A very charming and remodelled village hotel with an excellent restaurant - locals and travelers alike are welcome. Chef creates new dishes depending the daily food availability - mostly local - organic and fresh. Room was very nice, clean and had a new wonderful bathroom with walk in shower. Breakfast made to order plus smaller buffet for yoghurt, juices, cereals. We would come back anytime.”

“questo più che un hotel è un b&b, precisamente una sleep boutique. è favoloso, bellissimo! avevamo la tower suite, una suite a due piani molto grande. dato che eravamo in 4, avevamo 2 letti matrimoniali: uno al piano di sopra e uno sotto. ognuno di essi aveva un televisore molto grande e nuovo. al piano di sopra c'era, affianco al letto, una vasca da bagno fantastica! al piano di sotto c'era il bagno (perfetto) e anche un angolo cottura. i proprietari erano molto ospitali e gentili. la colazione...

“Was this the most luxurious hotel I’ve stayed in? No. Was it the best maintained? No. But what will I always remember - on Christmas Day morning the staff left a box of biscuits and a Christmas card outside my door. This kind of attention to detail, plus genuinely lovely staff will mean I remember this hotel and Premier Inn as one of my favorite hotel experiences in the last 10 years. I say this as someone who has planned and run events in cities on every continent. Class act. ”

“A simple and modest country village pub with very friendly owners who took great pains to welcome and look after me. Arriving late, they had kept a good supper for me. The bedroom was large, clean and nicely old fashioned. The old church nearby chimed through the night but did not wake me. As I left before breakfast, the landlords left me a sandwich and apple. In no way smart and modern but with a very warm and relaxing atmosphere. ”

“Nice place to stay - very convenient for events at Sparkford Hall as its walkable in 10 minutes - comfy family room which was spacious and had the essentials with a nice clean bathroom. Would stay again in the future as it was in quite a nice location.”
