“Nice place, quiet.”

“Everything was fine except my room had a thin shade that let the light in, so I had a hard time sleeping. I would’ve switched rooms, but I checked in around midnight and was exhausted.”

“Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Air conditioning work very good. Shower unit could use some corner shelves to put soap, shampoo, and other toiletries. ”

“We drove 6.5 hours and paid for the room days in advance. Once, we arrived and checked in we were informed they had given my room away. I asked if he had a king and he stated he did but when given the keys, I was booked into a room with 2 double beds. I went to use the fridge and didn't realize it wasn't plugged in and when I had to move the shelf it was in to plug it in, I found 2 dead mice.”

“Friendly staff and clean room. It wasn't an issue for us, but the bathroom door did not shut. That could definitely be awkward for some people. I saw some notices on the walls about strict polices that were not mentioned online, including no more than 2 people per room and no guests, but it wasn't an issue in our case since we just needed a place to crash for the night. The exterior could use some sprucing up. There was a shopping cart full of bricks and a few mattresses just chilling out front....

“The room for the needs of my adult son. Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Nice having a kitchenette. ”

“Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!”

“pool not open. Air conditioning was too cold. The first room they offered us was so mildewed the lampshades had black stains. The base of the lamps were rusting. The entire room was. covered inn cigarette smoke film. The. next room was occupied by someone else. In the last room we found a huge lint ball on the floor. TV did work. Could not call front desk since the phone was dead. The clock and lamp on the bedside table were not connected to the one socket since the extension cord was 4...

“The breakfast was a step above the standard continental breakfast. Plenty of options to start your day with. ”

“Rooms oversold. Arrived at 1 am. To one bed for four people. This cannot happen without apologizing and some effort to make it right. ”

“Very convenient to Busch gardens and colonial Williamsburg. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was clean. I didn’t have the breakfast. Overall for the money no complaints at all. ”

“Pros: Great front desk staff, especially Rich at the front. Quiet rooms. Lots of space. Cons: Long wait to be seated at breakfast and then had to leave because no one came to take our order for ten minutes. Limited food choices. Got food at the quick market one day. Food was lackluster but staff very nice. ”
