“Wow. Absolutely loved our stay there at the Taj Cidade de Goa Horizon. The hotel was fabulous with amazing service. Rooms were spacious and had great views. Definitely recommend the Club level with the stacks and drinks and lounge. Stayed at the Oberoi Delhi before and this was even better. Spa and Massages were relaxing and rejuvenating. Love the driver and car services to visit downtown Goa and sightsee. Will definitely be back next year when we return for an annual medical...

“First and forwmost, lack of communication from the owner/manager. No responses for queries at all. The rooms were clean upto an OK level. Bathroom was not very clean. Our room was at the front of the property overlooking a very busy road. It was not sound proof at all. Staff was good, reaponsive. Parking is available, but accessing it is a hassle. The wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and even ensured that my order was cooked with no spices due to digestive problems.
