“A Terrible Experience I had an incredibly disappointing stay at Harness Resort, which I booked through Expedia for two nights in their top-tier Deluxe Suite. From the moment we arrived, the service was terrible. The resort staff didn’t even know we had booked the Deluxe Suite. The manager had to make a call to confirm our reservation instead of welcoming us properly.
