“Il sito è splendido e va assolutamente sfruttato se si è nei paraggi. Struttra impeccabile, e personale di grande professionalità. La camera che ho preso è di categoria "Charme", la più economica tra i tre tipi proposti, ed è un po' angusta (ecco il perché della mia valutazione). “Beautiful and quiet location, very helpful, check-in was smooth and quick. Excellent help finding a restaurant for dinner and we got 10% discount when we used our voucher from the hotel. Cute dogs and cats and donkeys in the garden next door. Breakfast was wonderful- croissants and homemade yoghurt.”

“Apartment was on the 2nd floor up three flights of steps. Being elderly the steps were a bit steep for us. Apartment itself had been well prepared for us and was very comfortable.”

“The purpose of my visit to Neuve-Chapelle was to visit the nearby war grave of a family member. This was the perfect place for my stay. “Booked the cheapest room in the hotel of 10m2 which must have been the worst room in the hotel. The window faced a corridor and not outside. The room and the elevator did not smell clean. The light from the elevator to the room did not turn on so my dog was too scared to walk and enter the dark bedroom from the lift. The receptionist did not speak English and the final straw was that there was no wifi ”
