“We had an amazing stay! It was a very busy 4th of July weekend at the Cape but Cape Cod Motor Inn was so peaceful and quiet! Our room was clean and well air-conditioned. And Gregg was very thoughtful and kind. We appreciated the list of bar recommendations he gave us to watch the World Cup!”

“It was a great place to stay. It was an easy 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. They also had a lovely pool we enjoyed. My one suggestion would be to have a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast included doesn't open until 8 am.”

“If you want to stay close to the beach and a great restaurant at a decent price it is great. We stay here 4th of July, you get what you pay for but if you want to be on the cape and close to everything it is clean and an unbeatable location!”

“The rooms and property were just OK. Although the decor was nice, a better cleaning of the floors would’ve been helpful. We had to wear flip-flops everywhere in the room. I spilled some water on the floor and needed to wipe it with one of the bathroom towels and it came up positively black from dirt. That’s rather disturbing paying all that money for a room to have it be that dirty. The location was great and the price was good. I’d love to go back, but will definitely have second thoughts about...

“We have stayed at this property annually for our cape cod vacation and have always had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately it seems there may have been a change in management. Room was twice the cost as previous years. Our bathroom door was broken so was the hair dryer and we quite literally stuck to the carpeted floor. And to end our not so great stay. “Abbiamo soggiornato dal 6 all’8 agosto nella Luxury King Room bellissima camera con magnifico bagno e doccia. All’arrivo ci ha accolto il proprietario Adrian, persona squisita e ottimo chef, che ci ha cucinato una lobster fantastica. È sempre stato disponibile per ogni nostra richiesta fornendoci ottimi consigli per le attività nella zona. Bellissima atmosfera... e indimenticabili colazioni! È stato il miglior soggiorno del nostro viaggio nel New England! Lo consigliamo caldamente a tutti....
