“Room was newer but very quick clean given and soap rings, stains on counters which were fresh so someone didn’t do their full job. Building and everything newer though ”

“Check in was normal and that is where our expectations & reality separated. Entering the room one of the very first things we noticed was a huge cobweb about 12 -18" long in the corner. Next while depositing our bags in the room i was almost hit in the head by one of the closet doors as i tried to open it as neither were on the track. They were leaned in the opening.
