“When we first went into the lobby I could barely hear the person checking us in because one of the machines in the lobby was so loud. When we went up to our room we found that the door was wide open. And all the rooms have exterior doors. This was concerning. When we verified that there was nothing or no one in our room we realized that the room smelled like a damp locker room. Breakfast options included a waffle, cereal, or snack cakes. That’s it. “The lady at front desk never ask for my ID she sent us to room who was already occupied, after that said to us they did not have rooms available. Finally we got a room and I was not as clean as previous stay, and AC was making a lot of noise ”

“Elevator had something sticky inside that was eventually wiped but never fully cleaned. The hallways are HOT - no towels for the pool and an inadequate number of towels for guests in room with less than adequate customer service from the front desk. Room was comfortable and the AC worked in the second room. ”

“Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price. Everything you need for a comfortable stay without paying for extras. I had a comfortable sleep and a hot shower and didn’t pay an arm and a leg for it.”
