“The hotel stay was disappointing overall. The bed linens appeared very old and worn out, which affected the comfort and cleanliness of the room. Additionally, the washroom layout was inconvenient, as the hand basin, faucet, dressing mirror and countertop were detached and located outside the bathroom area instead of inside Also, it’s close to highway noise from vehicles. Terrible basic breakfast served across adjacent sister hotel. You have to walk across to next building What concerned me...

“The water pressure was very low took over 5-7 minutes for hot water the sink drained very slowly when we arrive there’s no one at the front desk when we checked out the person in the front just gave me my receipt and no thank you how was your stay was in a rush to talk to her co worker, who came in while checking out. ”

“Clean and crisp feeling room, felt very spacious. Nice location in the Katy area. Did not get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but looked nice, seemed to be in working condition witch is nice as opposed to other properties that advertise them but are closed to never ending maintenance. This is a great option for Houston at a fair price.”
