“Location was great! We will come back again!”

“We always feel that Hyatt is consistently good. this property was clean, and the breakfast had a decent selection. the negatives were the mattress was lumpy, sinking where our bodies fit, but higher in the middle, (we aren’t heavy people). the walls seemed thin, we heard the room next door opening and closing their blinds! We, an older couple were put on the same floor as a young soccer team, so we heard lots of doors slamming, and loud talking… didn’t care for the glass sliding bathroom door...

“The room was so cute, we stayed in Rome and it was cozy and clean. They have good food and drinks amenities in the room and nice lighting. They were very helpful and quick to respond to messages!”

“Breakfast was terrible, not stocked very well. Our room needed to be cleaned a 2nd time due to stains, dirty floor, left over hair in bathroom everywhere and the window mechanism for the shade roller was broken and the AC was broken on the bottom and took forever to cool the room down. Only reason we continued our stay was that was the sweet younger night manager was the ONLY PERSON doing it all and we felt terrible for him.”

“Rooms are clean and the beds were nice. Usually I get shoulder pain from hotel beds, but with these, I didn’t. Breakfast was yummy and never ran out.”

“They had a lavender scent in the lobby so strong it gave my wife a headache and she couldn’t have breakfast. The rooms had no garbage bags when we checked in. The shampoo and conditioner dispensers were severely watered down.”

“We got there at 4 pm an hour after check in starts and they didn't know what rooms where clean, they were really busy we booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice but made us wait a while and when I got my room it smelled like cigarettes and I have small children so I had to go back to change my room they were able to give me another room after 15 min, I ended up getting into my room after 5 pm. Sadly when we used the bathtub it didn't seem clean and the carpet had a big stain like puke that had...
