I booked two nights for two adults and two children from 12 to 14 September, advance payment, upon arriving at the hotel we were asked for a security deposit, the following morning we recommended the cleaning of the room and in the evening upon our return the room was not clean with towels not changed. I went down to ask for information about it and the man at the reception replied that he couldn't do...

Was disappointed to know upon arrival though that the shuttle service going to the airport in the morning had to be pre booked and our preferred time was booked up.
