For that price, I could have stayed at Hilton instead. What’s even more concerning is that when I repeatedly asked for an explanation, no one could give me a clear or consistent answer. “Staff were excellent and just so kind. Upon check in staff was friendly and offered water. Upon check out I went over to get three coffees for my family but had my hands full and the front desk guy (forgot his name) came over with a small box and helped pack them up for me. Just so thoughtful and helpful.”

“Good hotel. Room was clean and large. The kitchen had a microwave, mini fridge and sink. No utensils or plates provided, just some paper cups for coffee. No dishsoap. Shampoo had a strong mint additive that burned the skin. The breakfast was a bit poor. Just prepackaged muffins or bagels with egg. Not even toast or cereal. Coffee was good.”
