“This was one of the highlights of my month long travels in Sri Lanka. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the glamping tents are stunning and the host can’t do enough for you. The traditional food served was some of the best I have eaten in Sri Lanka and the attention to detail with service was unmatched. 10/10 recommend for a quiet getaway amongst nature. ”

Vores værelse havde udsigt over rismarkerne, hvor der altid var aktivitet, både af mennesker, dyr og fugle. Stedet er rustikt men med alle nødvendige faciliteter i god stand. Dejlig morgenmad, og vi kan endog anbefale stedets lokale aftensmad.”

From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. “We had a wonderfully relaxing few days. The staff were friendly and helpful and the meals were most enjoyable. Our room was immaculately clean and the water was hot. It was lovely to be able to sit out on a balcony and read. The manager arranged a great safari to Bandula National Park and provided us with a very tasty breakfast to take with us. On leaving, they were able to arrange transport to our next hotel. The recently extended and beautifully decorated hotel is located in a quiet area...
