“Meglio un Motel…pagato un Hotel con piscina ma la piscina era chiusa (anche il giorno del check-out) !! Struttura vecchia con poca sicurezza e mobili-porte-tende rotte, immaginatevi la pulizia.”

“This is a relatively new hotel (at the time of my stay) and it was excellent. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and nice. And the lobby was a great place to hang out for breakfast or after getting back after a day of activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in the area.”

“The place is super dirty. The cigarette smell was awful. You can even smell pee and cigarettes in the elevator. The whole property needs to be renovated big time. That was the first and last time I’m booking there.”

“The facility appeared to be clean however for the price of the room per night it wasn’t worth it. The room itself had a smell. It honestly smelled like old ramen. The cabinet’s door handles were falling off. The cabinetry was very dated. In the bathroom the sink had cracks in it. This property seems more suitable for a short stay not any extended stay.”

“This unique historic property was a delight to visit. Justin our host was incredibly passionate about the history of the house and the area. He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.”

“Si presenta bene. Poi emergono alcuni aspetti negativi: finestre sigillate unica fonte ingresso aria il condizionatore...molto rumoroso. Nel bagno solo alcuni prodotti. No bagno schiuma ...no tappetino. Poca insonorizzazione. Non ci tornerei ”

“Very clean, spacious room, we loved it”

“We drove from Toronto to watch the England vs Ghana game. The hotel was fairly close to gilette stadium. Staff were friendly,curtious and the breakfst buffet was excellent.”

“Very sad dilapidated place, guy who checked us in was great, but that was about it, people roaming the hall knocking on doors all night, smells from other room seeping through the vent, rusty appliances, beat up dresser, holes in the curtains…. Just sad place.”
