“Waited a long time to check in as we stayed during spring break and there a tournament for the hockey team. Should had more people working the front. Room was clean, but dated. ”

“Breakfast is better than average. Location is very convenient to UW campus (especially Lakeshore area). Facilities could use more upkeep.”

“Staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean. Only issue were dogs barking on neighboring room. We requested a room change and they were accommodating, only to hear more dogs. It quieted but was frustrating.”

“Parking lot was very full. Hard to find a spot. I was in room 112 next door I had the pleasure of a DOG barking and barking and on the other side let’s party all night till 2. Disappointed ”

“The Embassy Suites is in an excellent location near the Capitol Building. Walking the streets in the area was quite enjoyable. The breakfast served by the hotel was awesome.”

“Everything was great for our stay. I arrived prior to check in and just had a few questions about parking. After asking my questions she offered to check me in early! The staff in the restaurant were attentive and food was delicious. We made it to the lobby bar and again, the bartender was friendly and attentive. Overall a great stay, just wish there would have been a pool or hot tub available. ”
