Hotel a Gowainghat

“Everything was great including the room very nice and the breakfast was great. We booked the executive club, which were not informed, so couldn’t take advantage. Secondly the hotel gets too busy from outsiders to take pictures, Which i found annoying. Perhaps separate entrance for room guest. We we not also informed of the other facilities available including in the hotel. If the management takes into consideration this could be a great place to stay.”

“I was supposed to stay here for four nights, but I had to bail early because the experience was honestly exhausting. It started with the breakfast; I was promised a buffet, but because the hotel was mostly empty, they just served the same three items two days in a row. “Breakfast was limited and same every day. For tea and coffee they have to get to kitchen to get hot water every times you order for it during breakfast times. Made mistakes for my stay room rent. They provide nuts and chips during your stay without telling you that they are not”
