“Das Zimmer war riesig, das Badezimmer neu renoviert. Die Besitzerin war äusserst freundlich, hat uns zuvorkommend behandelt. Sie reservierte uns einen Dinnerplatz in einem feinen Hotelrestaurant, da an einem Sonntag alle Restaurants geschlossen sind. ”

“Excellent stay. Warm and welcoming and beautiful large room with comfortable bed. Large attractive gardens, nice touches like the extra padded seats for our outside seats and fresh fruit from the farm at breakfast. The owner was very helpful with ideas for local visits and was very warm and welcoming. Thank you. ”

“Lovely out-of-the-way getaway with super friendly staff. Better hiking trail maps, up-to-date picnic basket menus, and working DSTV would have bumped it up to five stars. ”

“Truly amazing! Beautiful room, views and pool area. The food in the restaurant was splendid. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car. But other than that it was perfect.”
