“I was locked out of my room late at night. I went out to a club and when I got back to the room the outer door was locked with a bolt and the code did not work. I tried to contact the owner but it went straight to voicemail. I messaged through hotels.com and when I got a response they said to call them for faster response, even though I called initially the first time. I had to go to the nearby metro station to get out of the cold wind while I waited for someone to open the outside downstairs...

“The check-in and room key access is completely online which is fine if everything works well. The property itself is very clean and well set up. I had trouble unlocking the door which turned out to be my own fault, but it was stressful being stuck in the corridor with no way that I was aware of to get help. “Location was great, close to palace, neighborhood was nice to walk around, close to transit. The apartment and building were modern with air conditioning. Beds were great and clean. Highly recommended. The host communication about the key instructions could be improved.”
