“No hot water, no towels, no room keys. The housekeeping was poor. You're better off sleeping in your car.”

“When we pulled the sheets back to lay down, the sheets were stained. When I told the front desk about it, they handed me a clean set of sheets and never offered to have house cleaning replace them.”

“No pool, but everything in the room worked microwave, fridge, tv looks the the rooms were updated rooms are large staff was very friendly. Smoking rooms available.i was able to park my semi truck there. When in the area I will stay again”

“Floors were still wet when I checked in the room But it was a very good smelling room and clean ”

“The on-site customer service was non existent. Our room was disgusting. We couldn’t check in until late the first night, and had been driving for 12 hours so we stayed anyway because with Mardi Gras, other hotels were booked up. We requested room service on morning 2 and came back to the same filthy room, dirty sheets included. We will not be returning. ”

“It says it’s renovated but it’s not pillows are dirty and bath towels stained , no shampoo in dispenser , front desk man very rude . Easy parking close to everything. ”

“You can't expect luxury at this price point, but if you're just looking for a place to shower and sleep, this'll do the trick. I didn't personally have any major issues with my room, and the staff was kind and surprisingly alert considering how late in the night I arrived!”

“Check in was quick. Room was clean, my husband took his shower while I was taking my shower I hear my husband on the phone saying the TV was broken. We were move to another room everything was fine until the next morning. I flushed the toilet and it was backed up. Fortunately we were checking out.”
