“Absolutely awesome hotel”

“We left early due to the strong smell of marijuana inside the building. The staff was friendly enough however they did not enforce the no smoking policy. We did not get to enjoy the pool or breakfast due to the stench. We also were there to visit our granddaughter but we didn't dare bring her back to the hotel due to the people outside the doors smoking pot and the horrible smell in the hallways, which was obviously coming from the rooms. Upstairs was the worst. I understand it's legal but...

“This is a great resort in South Haven. Staff is really friendly and the rooms are nice. It’s about 2.5 miles to walk to the central part of South Haven for lots of restaurants and bars. I will be back!”

“AC was non existent. Room was hot and stuffy. Dirty run down room. Bedding was worn and cheap. Elevator was broken. Had no help carrying luggage upstairs. Bathroom had no vent, Breakfast was okay but coffee was awful, discolored hot water at best. Pool/hot tub area was rundown. Only one jet worked in hot tub, timer was broken, concrete crumbling. All outside and pool doors did not latch for security purposes. Road into hotel was worse than a dirt road. Very bad experience. ”

“The rooms are always clean and cozy. The staff is top notch and treats all guests like family. Happy hour in the lobby is an amazing way to meet the other guests. We gave stayed twice in room 17 and once in room 10 and look forward to our next stay. ”

“What i liked the most was the wonderful, kind, helpful and most nicest lady who does the check-in. The place was magnificent and very well kept.”

“Had to wait 5 minutes for front desk to arrive from Waterpark for check in. Wall was leaking , blinds wouldn't go up or down with auto switch that was exposed on wall. AC did not work. I give a 1 star because after about 30 minutes at 430AM did the front desk switch us rooms so we could finally get some sleep. Since all booking is 3rd party, there was absolutely nothing to do about our room outside of switching us for 4 hours. The breakfast looked horrible as well so we didn't even eat that...

“Room was dirty, Place was torn apart, Noisy, and we had rashes all over the body as soon as we slept on the bed and has vacated in less than a n hour after checking in.”
