The house was extremely clean and well-maintained, and it had everything our group needed for a comfortable weekend.The location couldn’t have been better, just a stone’s throw from Sand Valley, making it incredibly convenient for early tee times and quick trips back after a day on the course. It was also a great home base for playing SentryWorld and the Lake Arrowhead courses during the trip.We spent our evenings...

“It was an excellent property. It was well kept, clean, and spacious for the group of people we had (13). It was a quiet space on a low traffic road and was perfect for our outing. ”

“Property was gorgeous, fishing was awesome, house stock of supplies was my only grip, 3 rolls of tp (for 5ppl) , half roll of ppr towel and no garbage bags...then when messaged we found some supplies dropped off at door but no response from host...though appreciated the "drop" a response of "our apologies will be dropping some stuff off" would have been appreciated. I DO recommend the house though it was what was promised and the only house we have rented where the hot tub was hot and clean. ”

Weeks after. Doesnt check messages. Didnt submit check in process. Had to contact vrbo who connected with him and got rude response like it was out fault. No door code, so have to meet him at front door and get shown around. Hence, need to be there right on time which is inconvenient. Also before booking...

He never apologized or offered to make it right. We ended up leaving early due to the number of mice that we saw. The house was also left unlocked for multiple hours before we checked in with keys visible on the counter. We did not feel safe or comfortable staying in this property.
