Came from Chicago for an early Christmas celebration with kids & grandkids… it was perfect. Would like to come back late spring with two well trained dogs that could hang out on large front porch. The gentleman was outstanding even though it was bummed we couldn’t use the pool or the hot tub because they were treating it. That was something that was understandable. However, the late night staff member “SID” was very rude and seemed overwhelmed with his responsibilities.
