“Sapevamo che era un motel.. ma non pensavamo così. . La camera è vecchia con mobili rigati e rotti.. il bagno puzza ma non sapevamo se era il water o la vasca. In compenso il letto era molto comodo. La pulizia non è un granché e per finire la prima notte niente cambio asciugamani e la seconda notte 1 cambio solo.. peccato che eravamo in 2. Cmq lo consiglio solo se siete disperati”

“This is not a hostel. It is a homeless shelter and should not be advertised on Expedia. There are no on site staff to sign you in. It is done via camera and tv. The place is not clean and there are no amenities. The pictures used show a social area with young backpackers but this is definitely how the building is now. ”

“Called reception before staying as I wanted to clarify the room size ( the Expedia site said 3m sq) - no answer and no call back. I booked anyway. Reception staff member was fine, however the room was not. Dining table sticky with something - lucky I had antiseptic wipes. The bathroom had glue stuck to the floor in multiple areas and the toilet had yellow residue around the rim and a broken toilet seat. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash was on the floor of the shower and looked grubby. The...

“Scelto questo hotel per la vicinaza all'aeroporto in verità si è rivelata scomoda. Inoltre nelle comunicazioni intercorse non ci hanno avvisato che quel giorno il ristorante fosse chiuso e così non abbiamo potuto cenare. Stanza poco più che sufficiente.”

“Communication at check-in was disappointing. The staff member spoke to me without properly explaining the property layout or showing where my room was located. There is rarely anyone at reception — it was completely closed at 1 pm. I tried calling the number listed on the front door, but no one answered at first. When I eventually got through, I mentioned that there was no cutlery in the room. I was told they don’t provide cutlery for short stays, which is absurd — I’ve never stayed anywhere...

“Beautiful heritage property in a nice location. Very spacious and clean. Only the bathroom and kitchen are a bit outdated and could be renovated.”

“There was plenty of parking but no amenities near by. Had to keep using an Uber all the time. The room was clean. But overlooked air conditioning over a roof which was very unsightly, not ideal. The place overall was basically a pub, no food which was inconvenient as i didnt have a car. They advertised meals but didnt have any. Would i stay here again, definitely NO. You need a vehicle to stay here. Theu mis advertised and need to change what they have available ”
