“Clean and nice ”

“The room was absolutely disgusting. I think there was more mold than paint. The toilet seat was dirty and had hair on it. The walls had holes all over and the smell was foul. I stepped in walked through and walked right back out.”

“The pool and hot tub was closed but wasn’t told. They didn’t ask me to sign when I checked in. I walked into my room and my pull out mattress was filthy and had crumbs everywhere, there was broken tile in the bathroom, the vent was caked with dust. Our tv didn’t work. Anytime I tried looking for an employee no one was available. ”

“There is no elevator , no water dispenser to fill water . Asked for a walk up call , didn’t get it . No hand towels . One face cloth for a two queen bedroom. ”

“Comfy beds, great fresh breakfast. We were expecting a coffee machine in our room & when mentioned to the front desk, even though they don't supply them any more, she brought one right up when requested! Good handicap parking close to the door. TV didn't work but front desk again came right up to fix it!”

“Old, out dated, filthy, shower was sooo nasty i wouldn't use it, bed was horrible”

“Room was clean and quiet. Pillows were flat.”

“Lovely room spacious loved the free bottle of wine & free glass of wine but there is no one on site after hours your access is an outside staircase with a code”

“We had a lovely stay in the Secret Garden suite. Really relaxing retreat for the weekend and excellent breakfast. ”
