“The room was just ok. The bed was. On that great and the pillows were awful. Staff was wonderful. The location was great for driving to grab a bite or do some shopping. The place itself is old and could reallly use some updating. The elevator to the building next to main building, is at the other end of the building. So if you are upstairs you must walk to the other side, take the elevator up and then walk back to your room. Breakfast was wonderful.”

“This hotel served it's purpose... we had to stay over night after a family gathering, so all we really needed was a clean bed & quiet. Which we got - but when I checked in, I was informed that it's $12/day parking - in an open lot. I know a lot of places are charging for parking now, but I wondered why when it was a large public lot... they told me it was for the cameras outside... $12/day for cameras in the parking lot. Didn't help much that 2 of the cars in that lot had flat tires... wonder...

“We had no hot water messaged the staff said they would send someone never did! We had to take cold showers and it was miserable. They didn't tell us that the cleaners only come every other so we had no clean towels after working all day. The bar was closed when we got their due to staffing issues. It was just not a good experience all around. We will be not be using Hilton for our future stays. This is not the first Hilton owned property to disappoint us.”

“Good location. I feel the only complaint was the breaker food was a bit to "rehydrated". Not horrible, but not great. But we would stay there again.”

“Our 1st room smelled like smoke but the staff was so good at changing us in the morning our second room was amazing and the bag breakfasts were really nice to have in the morning with the coffee. Thank you so much.”

“Horrible bright white lights everywhere, very thin towels and sheets, not enough towels, the cheap toilet paper! Breakfast: minimal selestion and quality. Stair railing to second floor have awkward hand railings. Ckeck in time of 3 pm didn't happen...not able to check in until 5 pm!”
