“The room was small, even though there were only two of us … but we knew that before booking. We chose this hotel because of its competitive price and its location. “GREAT location and I loved nearly everything about this place. Wish it weren't so expensive.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. We had to search for staff to check in. The 2 phone numbers on the desk to call for assistance fid not connect to staff at the hotel. Icemaker was non functional and leaking water in the hallway. Breakfast was ok for a continental with hot waffle.”

“We booked a king suite with kitchenette. Our room smelled like feces. We found 3 bugs in our room. 2 pillows had blood stains. There was no kitchenette. Actually, no cooking is allowed anywhere in the hotel. Even though the rooms offered have kitchenettes in the photos and we chose a room specifically for the kitchenette. And paid for, a room with a kitchenette. Was told there were no more rooms to offer and they were unable to return my money or discount my stay. They have a "strict policy...

“Great stay”

“We’ve stayed at this property about once a year since it opened, initially so thrilled for a hotel here. Unfortunately, the property has gone downhill. Holes in the sheets, loose tiles in bathroom, sticky, dusty furnishings and the AC unit rattled and moaned so loudly we turned it off. Breakfast offerings were good. Sadly we have to cross this off our shortlist.”

“The sheets had hair in them and brown stuff. The shower was not clean. There was no microwave. The breakfast was SUPER cold. The pool was not only cold but not clean. There was water all over the pool floor and hair. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. I was not able to check in at 2:30, even though I called a day prior to arriving to ask for an early check in. “The water was shut off for about one hour and we were not told anything about it. We had to use our bottled water to rinse out the shampoo in our hair. That was a huge disappointment. We were getting ready for a concert and had zero warning until we asked”
