“The room was not only immaculate but beautifully decorated. Breakfast was not your average hotel fare; also excellent. Everything made my stay so enjoyable. The only minor complaint I would have is because I am elderly, the height of the entrance to the shower was a little high”

“Problems with checking in to hotel, shared with others in the street outside also having issues - left outside the building talking to customer representative who was extremely unhelpful. Standing on the street in an area where there were multiple homeless people who were clearly drug dependent did not feel at all safe. “Manny at the front desk was amazing. I left my wallet in the dining room. He grabbed it and that's Mason and returned it.”

“The main issue was that Expedia confirmed our reservation but the hotel did not have the reservation. They did not have any rooms available, except one, as they were under construction. That room smelled like smoke. This is the first time we have had an issue with the Expedia reservation not going through to the hotel.”

“The staff was nice, the room was clean, not modern but far from run down, I needed a quiet place to sleep the night before a strongman competition and it served its purpose perfectly, parking was never a problem and the ice machine worked wonderfully, if I had to I’d stay there again without hesitation, the price was right as well”
