“We had a clean and upgraded room. The staff at the front desk are extremely friendly and professional.
They were upgrading resort rooms, but it never disrupted our stay.
The pool, spa and hot tubs are beautiful and well maintained and clean. I do wish they had a few more lounge chairs (they are hard to come by).
Our only negative experience was at the Hearth Lounge. Brenda, our server wasn’t attentive. She rarely checked on us or refill our drinks or cocktails. The other server (Darren?)...

“I only had 2 issues. The only refrigerator was really small. If you wanted to cook or stay an extended period of time the space in the fridge is limited. The other issue is if you are a Hyatt member you can’t get points if you book through a third party. Everything else about the property is great. ”

“Colazione nella norma. Camere pulite anche se in tre giorni non sono mai passati a pulire e sistemare la camera. Neppure cambiato gli asciugamani. Al secondo giorno sono dovuta andare io a chiederli puliti. Per il resto un po’ lontano da Downtown ma è stata una nostra scelta personale perché i prezzi in periferia sono decisamente più bassi”

“The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha.”
