“We were happy with the service received. The hotel was easy to find and slightly away from the hustle and bustle that you find closer to Bicester village shopping which was nice. The building is modern and clean, the carpark accommodates comfortably. The staff at the reception desk were smiley and pleasant to speak to, they also gave us a discount code for parking so it was £7 for 24 hours. “The room was good, the mattress was terrible, washroom vent was not strong . Lots of steam after shower. ”

“It’s just a pub with some rooms. Dirty, smelly, cheap furniture and cheap mattress very uncomfortable, worst breakfast ever had, didn’t even offer a glass of orange juice. Staff leave the place in the night and guests are left on their own until the next morning. Horrible experience.”
