“I honestly can said this was on of my best hotel experiences everything was so clean the people’s where so nice I wish I could give them more then 5 stars anytime I’m going to GA in this are this should be my hotel to stay I recommend”

“I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. When I checked in and entered my first room, I pulled back the bedcovers and found hair on the sheets. I immediately went back to the front desk and informed the receptionist, who apologized and assigned me a different room. Unfortunately, the second room was not ready for guests—the beds were unmade, and there were no sheets on the bed. “The property is clean and in good shape. The staff are wonderful! Breakfast leaves something to be desired and the room decor is kind of depressing. The room floors are LVP, which is good for cleanliness, but not so much for comfort and coziness. Noise does not seem to carry much, but I was in a room at the end of the hall near something mechanical (HVAC unit? Ice machine? Not sure) and it was loud. Also the fan in the bathroom runs full time (no switch) and it’s pretty loud. But those sounds...
