Hotel a Graysville

“Majority of the lighting did not work on the room. The sink was draining slow and the refrigerator was not working. The GM was not very helpful.. I would not recommend this hotel.”

“An extremely nice and helpful staff. The property and room were/are very clean. Breakfast is small but very sufficient. The rooms are very modernized with hard flooring (no carpet) which can be a big plus if it were not for the cold effect to bare feet. A minor personal adjustment. Overall an excellent stay.”

“Room had cobwebs all along the window, the door had a gap I could stick my finger through, lock was loose, I had to prop a chair against to full close it, toilet seat almost fell off, fixed myself, stained pillows. Not a good experience.”

“Clean and presentable. Convenient bar with small food menu. Open for breakfast at 7am which is just a little late for business travel. 6:30 would be better. I've stayed there three tines and will again.”

“The bed was soft which I liked. The pool is seasonal and was just opening around Memorial Day. The room was a good size and nice quality. I would stay again.”

“They had no breakfast rooms old run down ice machines not working on no floors hot water wasn’t working our first day there no help from staff to rectify the problem the bed was comfortable that’s it no face towels no house keeping no management and staff not helpful with concerns I will not stay here again”

“You get what you pay for. It wasn’t the worst place we’ve stayed, but it definitely wasn’t the best either. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The property could also use some TLC and updates in a few areas. Our AC unit was inconsistent and only seemed to work when it wanted to. That being said, if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay for a quick overnight stop or just somewhere to rest during your travels, it does the job....

“I enjoyed my stay overall. Breakfast buffet was good..loved fresh omelets. The room did not have a refrigerator and front desk associate barely looked up from her phone to state there were no extra ones to bring. The pool area was full of kids which was fine, but no one else could enjoy the pool plus the kids kept the floor outside elevators soaking wet..causing a fall hazard. Hotel should have something for them to dry their feet before leaving the pool area. Food at Ruth Chris was good..great...
