“Albergo dalla conformazione un po' strana, con stanze disposte a mò di bungalow sul parcheggio esterno. Comodo set caffè o te in stanza, bagno pulito e abbastanza ampio. Staff estremamente cortese e competente. Il Borgo è carino, ma pare non foriero di particolari attrazioni. L'albergo è a una decina di km da Stansted ma servito dai mezzi pubblici solo fino ad una certa ora (bus 133) è con non grande frequenza. Il viaggio in taxi può essere molto costoso (attorno alle 22 sterline....

“Dovevamo arrivare alle 23 per cui abbiamo scelto di dormire vicino all’aereoporto per arrivare a Londra in mattinata riposati. Siamo arrivati alle 4 di mattina per mega ritardo del volo… scambiando messaggi con l’albergo abbiamo avuto istruzioni precise per accedere comunque alla nostra camera… abbiamo trovato il divano letto da aprire e rifare, e alle 4 di mattina è stato spiacevole! Per il resto niente male. Buona location. All’aereoporto di Stansted per avere un taxi c’era da aspettare 2 ore...

“L'hotel tipicamente english (sia all'esterno che all'interno, sito in una bella cittadina, pecca di un po' di pulizia e di personale per niente disponibile e molto poco accogliente quasi altezzoso. In particolar modo quando il cliente non sa parlare benissimo in lingua inglese sembra quasi non capire. “Great hotel close to Stansted Airport. On the day of my check-out, I needed to work from there with my laptop, and they kindly allowed me to stay in the bar area for the entire afternoon. I especially appreciated the kindness of the entire staff.”

"This hotel is not comfortable. No elevator, and thin curtains. A lot of light from the windows wakes you up at sunrise. Bathroom dirty and with bad smell. Good breakfast, and free parking. Dinner restaurant with limited choice and expensive for the quality and service"

"Mancava l'acqua calda; abbiamo chiesto alla reception e ci hanno detto che il guasto sarebbe stato risolto in 10-15 minuti. Purtroppo non è stato risolto. Il termosifone della camera da letto non era funzionante. Abbiamo chiesto il prezzo del taxi per l'aeroporto e ci hanno dato un'informazione sbagliata. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte"
