“I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. “Camera con letto un po’ piccolo,ma con il necessario (microonde,phone,frigo). Pulizia ottima. La mattina alla reception disponibile caffè e donuts. Il motel si trova a ridosso della strada trafficata,ma il rumore non si sente affatto da dentro la camera. Visti i prezzi della zona,questo motel è un'ottima soluzione economica.”

“Good hotel overall: clean, spacious rooms, well organized, and a convenient free shuttle to downtown every 15 minutes. Unfortunately, my “ocean view” balcony room was right in front of the air conditioning units and the restaurant’s exhaust chimney. Constant noise and fried food smell made it impossible to sleep well or enjoy the balcony. These rooms should not be priced the same as unobstructed ocean views. Poor management decision that shows little attention to guest comfort.”

“Nice views. Having the breakfast stuff was nice. Our door was very hard to open. Doesn't fit , it sticks so that was a problem. It made alot of noise opening and closing it. Bathroom door same thing. 😕”

“Very beautiful and clean hotel. Everything looks brand new and well maintained. Staff were extremely polite and friendly. The restaurant food and service was superb as well. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the room we stayed in was too loud for me. We were located right next to a stairwell that the door was being opened and closed repeatedly, plus the room was located right above the bustling street. “Nice motel, you can reach the harbor in 10 minutes on foot or easily with the bus. Very good choice if you plan to visit the Acadia National Park or for whale watching or other activities in Bar Harbor.”
