“Never rent directly from this hotel - You will pay a minimum $60 more than if you went through a third party app. Expect to be warm during your stay unless it's the middle of summer, as the hotel pretends their air conditioning units are "out of order." I stayed in two separate rooms on consecutive nights, and both cooling units had the same "out of order sign." It's a lie. “The property has clean, comfortable rooms with full kitchens, including dishes and pots and pans. There is free parking on site. The host was present when we arrived, which was a nice surprise. There is a walking path along the Charles River steps from the hotel. There are numerous restaurants and bodegas nearby, which the host gave us a map to find. Our room was spacious, with desk and dining table. There were smoke detectors and sprinklers. There was a nice fitness room at the end of our hall....
