“I loved the parking and the quaintness. The value for the money was definitely worth it. The room was very clean. The check in was seamless and I like that it is privately owned by a family. The downside is when I arrived the TV was on loud, I thought maybe housekeeping kept it on while cleaning but once I got completely moved in and settled I turned the TV off only to hear the screeching AC unit. I could have complained or asked to be moved but I’m disabled and the last thing I wanted to do...

“We have never stayed in Townsend before during all of our stays to the Smokies. I loved being away from the hustle of crowds. The Parkman was the first place I googled for Townsend area. They allowed my pet which was a must. The room and property were both clean. The staff were polite. It was just me and the hubby for our 10 year anniversary, so the room given was perfect. I highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Townsend.”

Dopo entrati pa camera non è stata rifatta, quindi oltretutto niente caffè per la macchina, impossibile trovare qualcuno alla mattina per chiedere. “I absolutely loved this place. It was recently purchased by new owners in the last couple of years I believe. And the improvements have been wonderful. The only thing I didn’t find that could be more up to par, the pool bar is lovely but not stocked as well as it could be with proper ice makers and blenders and it needs fans for the hot days and music. “check is at three, arrive at 2.30 was not allowed to sign in. came back at 2.50 several people waiting. guy at counter actually stepped up looks watch at watch waits a couple then started to sigh people. and during sigh in allowed people to sign in before those that had been waiting”

“Picturesque little valley campsite, right by the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge tourist options). Clean and cozy tent cabins, wonderful staff that were very friendly and welcoming. We had a great time, it was the perfect home base to explore the Smokies and get outdoors and unplug.”

“The hotel is faceless. We somehow learnt that when we teached there at 2 am and were hunting for reception(which doesn’t exist). The room number and access code were sent out in an sms which was sitting in my unknown folder. I would have preferred an email on the same. The priperty is nice and convenienly located. But its a very small property Breakfast - for the hefty price, you get a a grab and go breakfast which was not below par. There is no one to talk to in the restaurant to refill...

“The hotel was in a great location. The staff was nice and check in was easy. It had several door entrances to the parking lots that made it easy to park near your room. The pools were clean and a good size. It was great to have both an indoor and outdoor pool. They also have a lazy river although our kids mostly enjoyed playing in the indoor pool. They serve a hot continental breakfast along with mini muffins, yogurt, cereals, bananas, juice and coffee. It made it nice for a quick bite to start...

“The living room area was a bit small but it al worked out since it was just two teenager and two adults. The facility is absolutely beautiful and the drive was so scenic and peaceful. We always choose Embassy Suites for the hot breakfast and great customer service! I would go again with my girlfriends for sure!”

“The pool chemicals were extremely strong when we stayed here. My daughter’s eyes were burned partially because she didn’t listen to me and keep her eyes closed and partially because the pool was so strong. A staff member gave me an eye rinse and that helped tremendously! I gave this hotel 5 stars even still, although I rated the amenities 4 stars because of this.
