Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 p.m., but our room was not ready until nearly three hours later. “The bed was comfortable! The room was not clean, furniture very dusty! The curtains were torn and very dirty , bathroom appeared cleaned but the floors were dirty. The iron did not work and the iron board cover had holes. There was an unpleasant odor in the room when AC was running.”
