“Very attentive and cordial staff, even with a super late check-in. Hotel was clean, nice and quiet. Great location! Would happily stay there again.”

“Great spot if playing at Spooky Nook. Not a lot for kids to do in downtime (no pool, no games, etc.). Kids have to pay to use the gym. Was raining and parking is across street ( no garage or close parking). Room didn't get cleaned while we were ther 4 days. Location is great, just not a lot of things to do for kids if you have downtime without paying more money.”

“The staff is friendly and the property has a lot of potential. If I would have known that it was under renovation I wouldn't have stayed there. There is a ton of dust, parts are covered in plastic to try to avoid the dust, carpet is ripped off in many places. Our room was clean for the most part, but the dirty towels from the previous guest were still hung behind the bathroom door and the sink was covered in their shaving clippings. “Traffic was light during our long drive, so we arrived early. No rooms were available to check-in early (for a fee), so we sat in the lobby for 90min until just before check-in time. Fast forward, at check-in time housekeeping is still in a meeting. No rooms have been released, so please allow a few minutes (BTW - the receptionist was very pleasant). “This was overall a nice hotel, clean rooms the bathroom didn’t have shampoo for men but that’s ok. The staff was very Professional, helped me with my remote control it didn’t work but put fresh batteries in it, the pool area was nice n clean n warm, the breakfast was really good, hotel was quiet inside n out, hallways n stairs was clean, no elevator but that’s ok, I will be staying here on my next visit. I give it 5 out of 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you 😊”

“The hotel was clean. Our room needed some repairs: gave list to manager. Breakfast food ran out before the time was up. Maybe the amount prepared should be increased especially when the hotel is fully booked.”

“This was a last minute decision, we had a new renovated room which was nice with a walk in shower, plenty of room and nice bed. Definitely worth the stay!! The staff was friendly on check in and check out.”

“Bring roach spray with you. The Roaches were bad. Also you need pillows. They ones there were like having no pillows at all. There was no other availability in the area at other hotels, so we took a chance. Kept most belongings in our vehicle, didn't want roaches in everything.”
