“Hotel was on point and staff was very nice. We were on the Platinum side in the adults only section and had the pleasure of having both Neisano and Dennis taking care of us. Thank you both for your attention to detail and helpful suggestions on dinner and activities. We will be back for sure but may try the kids side. It all looks so nice. “The property was beautiful with an abundance of pools, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were incredible and very accommodating! Everyone was very helpful and kind to us and our 9 month old baby. There was a small drainage issue in our shower that caused some flooding. The hotel was very prompt in sending someone to address the issue and to change our room. The hotel expedia support staff went above and beyond the next day by offering spa services, which helped us relax further. Really...

“There were some issues in the beginning of our stay like late checking in because the room wasn’t clean, no Internet, no working phone in our room but after complaining about to management they resolved the issues”
