“I would suggest this hotel to visitors, a good place to stay and good food”

“This hotel is gorgeous. A luxury hotel at a reasonable price. Absolutely incredible. I deeply want to give more than 3 stars but the food situation was just SO annoying. I stayed for 4 nights and took meals at the hotel. I had to order from the in-hotel restaurant, run up to my room, while it was prepared, and run back down to pick it up. For this pleasure, I was expected to give a tip. (You pay first so I’m not going to take the chance of not tipping and having my food tampered with.) Two...

“Utilizzato per visitare Washington. Distante ma in una periferia universitaria ben collegata e con servizi (ristoranti, negozi, market, ferrovia), abbastanza vicini. Con l'auto è comunque tutto più semplice. Tappa intermedia, comodo per arrivare e per partire.”

“The bathroom was rusted and dirty, waited for front desk attendant for 15mins before he popped up. Security was in his phone, when I asked about checking in. He stated “I think he’s in the bathroom or something but he’ll be back just wait”.The location has potential but I wouldn’t know if it improves or not because I won’t be returning ever, ended up leaving in the middle of the night & booking somewhere else!”

“I come here often. Really no complaints. It's a bit old but the rooms seem to be upgraded. The staff are always kind and helpful. The only issue I had was that I was locked out of my room because something was wrong with the actual lock and not my key. So, that was a little bit of a hassle but nothing to stop me from coming there next time!”
