“We honestly expected better. The facility overall is in need of maintenance. The sidewalk immediately outside main entrance is broken, uneven concrete which presents an unsafe walking surface. Parking was well lit and abundant. We arrived at 4:30 pm, a full hour and a half past the advertised check-in time, and were assigned a room which had not been cleaned yet. “Clean room, great safe quiet location, very helpful staff. Offers a free shuttle to the airport across the street, and the bus picks up/drops off right at the edge of the parking lot, to make for an easy trip to downtown. Front desk allowed us to stay parked for the day for free after checking out, which helped us out a ton. Not fancy by any means but you get much more than you pay for!”

“Right across from airport. Quite a few options for cafes. Hotel appears to be newly renovated as it smelled of fresh paint. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had some issues with our TV and immediately came up to the room to fix it. Hotel is not close to Riverwalk or downtown areas so will need to drive to them.”

“nice hotel, clean and with big rooms. Free WiFi is working very well. the only problem might be reception desk that closes at 11:00 PM (not highlighted in the reservation via Hotels.com). I didn't have breakfast so I cannot say how it is. Good ratio price/comfort”

Our usual place, comfort inn & suites in Kenosha/pleasant prairie was full so we looked around and liked the pictures shown by this places so rented 3 rooms for our group. Well when we walked into the lobby, you were punched in the face by a strong smell of marijuana! I mean strong! Well we proceeded to check in our rooms and then found out all rooms were on the second floor and there was NO elevator. One in our group had a walker so that was very hard on them. Next...

“The breakfast was very good and the pancake making machine was something new to me and they were tasty. We were disappointed that the internet was not working.”

“Chair in room was sticky and worn. Needs replacing. Had the air turned down to 62 just to get it to work. More attention to detail needed. Powdered eggs just so so. Went out to eat. Better food outside hotel. If Marriott is going to say free internet it should be just that. I went around ave around getting pushed to the Bonvoy sure to join. This is nonsense. I want a simple sign in without all this hassle.”

“We didn't have any problems with the booking as others have mentioned. Did an online checkin the night before and when we arrived at the hotel the keys were already available and ready at the front desk. The property is freshly renovated it looks like and is very clean and the rooms were nice. The only reason for the 4 stars is because the breakfast was slightly limited and with only one waffle machine its was quite a wait. “Breakfast was wonderful! The waffle station stayed clean, and all the food was fresh and perfectly warm. The oatmeal was also really good! The room temperature was well-maintained, and the room was so clean that I felt comfortable walking around barefoot.”
