“They cancelled my booking without notifying me. I show up to check in and they say it's over booked sorry. That's messed up”

“Very extremely disappointed that Expedia had overbooked the hotel (is what the person working said ) and there were lots of others upset also . The desk clerk was very nice and booked me a room at their other hotel 30 min away. But got to that place rented it and went in and it was nasty and killed 4 roaches with 10 min of being there . Bathroom nasty / and not clean . Got money back and went to Big concert in sc and no hotels nowhere drove 4 1/2hours home because there were no hotels available...

“It was a great stay for two nights. Our only complaint was the mattress was very “springy” which made our backs stiff but other than that it’s very nice”

“The staff from checking us in,to breakfast, and helping with a toilet issue during our 4 day stay. Could not have been better. My husband was very pleased with the exercise room. My mother in law was happy to get a fresh cup of coffee each morning. Thank you all.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Quite honestly I wasn't sure what to expect, coming from out of state into a small town, sometimes you roll the dice as to what you get. I was very pleased with this hotel. It was very clean, the staff was incredibly helpful, the breakfast was really good as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“The property was right off of the interstate so unfortunately we could hear the cars all night. The air conditioner made noises all night and had a hard time keeping the room consistently cool. The room was clean though and the staff was nice.”
