“Filthy, and it was definitely NOT a non-smoking room. I cleaned the entire room and bathroom myself and used my own linens. You have to go to the front desk to get fresh towels or toilet paper, not a maid in sight the entire week I was there, and you have to take your trash out to the trash cans. The only reason I stayed is because they don't charge for pets. ”

“Room was showing age, but was clean . Bed was a little hard. Staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast guy was nice but a little distracted because of multitasking. Can’t beat the location or beautiful balcony views.”

“We stayed there for the SEC WBB tournament. Convenient for driving downtown quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. We ate a small amount for breakfast because we were meeting friends for brunch later. But what we had was very good. ”

“After being given keys to an occupied room and surprising the guests therin we were offered another room that was thankfully unoccupied. The hotel was relatively clean and quiet. ”
