“Customer service at front desk was horribly rude and very unwelcoming upon check in. Property under construction and materials stacked all over the inside and outside of property.”

“Key card system was down. Had to be let into room by employee every time. Smoke alarm missing and hole in wall where it used to be. Hole in wall under TV where wires went into. Not the worst but very very firm mattresses . Staff was helpful but scarce due to opening all the doors for guests.”

“Room shows ware and tear. Toilet tank had crack top cover. Vanity sink has hole near drain. Room had an odor such that we needed to purchase room air freshener. Very minimal breakfast.”

“I booked two rooms, but one of the rooms had a severe water leakage issue. I informed the front desk about the problem, but I was disappointed with how it was handled. The hallways on the first floor had unfinished, exposed concrete, and the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Considering the condition of the property and the poor service, charging over $150 per night is completely unreasonable.”

“$200 for a night's stay. Room smelled bad. Dusty, grimy, dated, yellowish pillows. Should have slept in my car. Ah regrets...”

“These hotels by Wyndham used to be nice but now they are run down. Threadbare towels. Lamp had a short in it. Coffee pot was missing the part you put the coffee in. Soap so small it’s ridiculous! Floor was dirty! Our wall needed repainting. They stuccoed it and left it like that.”

“Check-in was perfect with a staff that was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was great with a lot of options for adults and children. Pool area was lovely and our granddaughter enjoyed it very much. Very nice place to stay and we will definitely be back!”

“Let’s start with what was bad. Pool was not open on 4th of July week. Only one elevator was available for the entire motel. A/C was not working on the outer floors . Only one hand towel was in the room. Only one ice machine was working in the entire motel for all three floors. Breakfast sausage was way overcooked. And the real problem: we had a handicapped room on the third floor (which was really nice) but the elevator button would not call for the elevator!! We had to walk down to the second...

“Like: Location - close to I-40, easy access. Restaurants nearby, no need to drive. Staff - helpful, friendly Breakfast selection was okay. The room is 99% clean, didn’t feel a 100% cleanliness. Hot tub - had a hard time getting hot water. I think the faucet needs to be fixed. Overall we had a great time and we’ll come back again because of the location.”

“Room was old and not very clean. Looked like a place where junkies stay for the night. The lobby had been redone and looked nice but the rooms were a different story. The bath tub had a half used bar of soap in it and the sheets had hair on them. It was complete with a broken ice machine and a light outside that blinked every few seconds like in a horror movie. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.”
