“Hotel was going remodeling project. Pool was closed and no upfront information about. Very sad experience”

“It was very old. It smelled bad and the fridge looked horrible rusted and banged up. It also froze my food. ”

“The night manger was the most unprofessional and unfriendly person, but the whole staff follows suit. Yelled at when checking in. Never received confirmation of check out. The entire place smells like cigarettes. Dirty, disgusting, grimy. Don’t book this hotel.”

“walls are paper thin and can hear everything neighbors kept us and the kids awake all night long fighting and throwing stuff against the walls and people conversating out side the room all hours of the night.”

“My wife and daughter checked in before me as I was traveling in. The room had a horrible insect problem. Roaches, gnats, other crawling insects, some kind of stains on the bathroom sink, bathtub was in bad condition and the bathroom ceiling was falling covered in mold. Unfortunately I am not able to upload videos of the bugs just pictures. Asked to get moved to a different room but it smelled like cat urine. I will say the gentleman working and the owner were very helpful and understanding why...

“The hotel area was trashy. Pool was filled in with dirt. Was not clean. Ice machine not working the second day. Breakfast was a complete joke. Rooms looked very worn. I guess you get what you pay for.. Sad.”

“Comoda, pulita, personale molto gentile. Hanno trovato subito una soluzione per permetterci di fare il check in anticipato. Ottimo. La colazione in generale non era delle migliori, ma il problema più grosso era la mancanza di opzioni senza glutine. Sono celiaca, non mi aspetto di trovare molte scelte, ma nel 2025 non avere neanche dei biscotti confezionati o qualcosa di simile per eventuali clienti celiaci lo trovo veramente inaccettabile. La stanza aveva la cucina, quindi avrei potuto cucinare...
