“Breakfast very limited ”

“Our room was excellent except the thermostat had it's own mind! Breakfast was great! A good variety of choices and everything we had was tasty! The staff was accommodating, welcoming and friendly! ”

“It's always clean and neat when visiting Lauberge in Baton Rouge, La. Plenty of self parking in the garage or lot. Or you can valet for free. Only thing I miss when I visit is having a minifridge in my room. But the positives far outweigh a minifridge. ”

“I don't normally leave a bad review, but I feel this situation warranted one so that these items can be addressed or at least the public will be informed. First, the property is still branded as a Super 8. I live in town and I felt confused when I drove up, so I imagine anyone from out of town would be, as well. “We reported a noise disturbance at 1:00am to front desk several times and nothing was done. The staff asked us to investigate which room the screaming was coming from and didn't come to the floor to investigate at all. Staff did not clean the room, replace towels, or provide extra toilet tissue. Told us to come downstairs to get it from the desk instead of bringing it to the room. We made online complaint. Poor customer service.”
