“We booked through Expedia and the hotel had was an error on what day we would be checking in, so Expedia cancelled our reservation and we had to reserve a room as a walk in.”

“Property and staff were great!”

“70% of the property was under construction and none of the onsite amenities or breakfast were available. Instead we were provided access to breakfast and amenities at another hotel. Hotel elevator (1 on each side) was constantly being held by construction crews and contractors moving furniture. Stairs were an issue too as the railing was broken off the wall.”

“Staff was great/friendly, room was clean, and the pool table in the lobby was a great addition that I enjoyed.”

“There was construction going on and and water pipe had broke fans being used to dry areas, very noisy. Did not have any thing telling me about the construction when I made my reservation.”

“Been staying for a few weekends now. Normally great but only issues were the shower head was garbage and needs changed. My key stopped working on my second night but they helped to get it fixed. Tried to have the fire first night but couldn't get it going so make it a bit easier to have that would be nice. Then I have until 12 to clock out and they tried coming in early without knocking and that the door was locked.”

“The only reason I reserved this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was out of order. The room was nice and a good size. I would like to suggest adding a waffle maker to the breakfast bar.”
