“Great spacious a new looking room. Great ocean view, two bathrooms and fast elevators. Great pool area and restaurant and bar in house. Staff was great. Which the pool stay open until 11:00pm instead of 10:00pm”

“The room was clean. The hotel was OLD. Parking was terrible as you could not park on the site. Had to park at a lot across from the hotel with no security. The staff was good. The breakfast was average. Views from the balcony were awesome. ”

“The property was fine, but the beds were by far the most uncomfortable beds I've ever slept in. Hard with a metal sheet under the mattress acting as a bed spring. We almost left after the first night.”

“Balcony was small and the smell of someone smoking marijuana was terrible and we couldn’t sit out there!!!! TV would not work in living room and there was no one there after 8:00pm to look at it! Commode was wobbly upon sitting on it!!!!! Place to rinse feet off the beach wasn’t working!! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Thankful we were only there one night!”

“I live only one hour away from Little River but wanted to stay a few nights to do some fishing without having to make the drive every day, so being right across the street from the boat ramp was super convenient! The hotel was nice. I didn't have the breakfast and I didn't try the indoor pool so I can't speak on either of those. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. The 40' Samsung TV is on a movable mount. The shower has the wide curtain rods and good pressure with really hot...

“Wasnt told that the balconies were not able to be used due to construction...even as I checked in, no one let me know anything. Not to mention I had someone from staff trying to enter my room at 9:30am as he thought I wasn't there...literally knocked and immediately tried opening the door...thank god the latch was locked, otherwise...he would've walked in on me.....not very happy honestly ”

So disappointed from the minute I checked in My itinerary said check in was 3:00 pm and when I arrived I was told 4:00 pm then next on to amenities the pool was empty and told it’s been closed for a long time. Now I get to the room which looked and smelled like 1970 ! After long business meeting I returned to unclean room without explanation this happened 3 times then my request for a inconvenience credit fell on deaf ears as no one would help me but they...
