“We had a 3 night stay. Our room was never cleaned. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash ran out after the 1st morning. The hot tub isn't working and the employee said they're looking into filling it. I wouldn't have booked here if I knew the hot tub was broken. We went down for breakfast at 8am on Saturday & Sunday. “Clean room, great breakfast, pet friendly. Our room was very nicely sized with plenty of room. A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable. The pillows were okay, but there were all the same so no options if you liked something flatter or fluffier. Our shower was great and roomy. “I'm shocked that this place got more than 2 stars. The rooms are in dire need of updates and repairs. The bedding from the sheets, mattress protector and mattress were all stained. The pillow case was shredded. The pillows are so worn down they compress them into tiny squares and even that is still too flat. The tub and counter are cracked and unstable. That was just my room. “What I liked was that when I came to check in the check in Lady checked me in right away, this is something I can give you five stars on. But what really thought was not up to Hotel standards was that the refrigerator you had in our room was frosted up with NO FREEZER DOOR ON IT. “Not a great experience. Upon arrival we were told our rooms were not ready. Check in with at 4 PM however it was 445 for a room was finally checked that it was clean and we could get into it. I also called the front desk around 8 PM to tell them the TV wasn’t working to wish I would be told somebody would be sent up to look at it. That never happened. Also, the noise was ridiculous. “Breakfast is terrible. The eggs were chewy, the bun was crusty and stuck to the bottom of the whatever it was in, no breakfast sausage, warm orange juice, plain cereal, no bagels, maybe if you want bread for breakfast this is the place for you. The butter is rock solid and the microwave will lock your food away. The waffle maker fell apart. The renovations they are currently undergoing resemble the landlord special.
